316 Stainless Steel Pipe

Grade 316 is the standard molybdenum-bearing austenitic grade, particularly higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments. It is readily brake or roll formed, welded, soldered and cut by both thermal and mechanical methods. The austenitic structure gives excellent toughness, even down to cryogenic temperatures.Grade 316L, the low carbon version of 316, is highly resistant to sensitisation (grain boundary carbide precipitation) and so is extensively used in heavy gauge welded components (about 5mm and over). Grade 316H, with its higher carbon content has some application at elevated temperatures, as does stabilised grade 316Ti.

316 Stainless Steel Sheet/ Plate

316L is actually a stainless steel material, which contains a certain amount of Mo element. The performance of this steel has exceeded that of 301 steel and 304 stainless steel. It has a very wide range of applications. Even in high-temperature environment, it will not be eroded and corroded by high temperature. It can also be used in the marine environment, and will not be polluted by some outer air, resulting in corrosion.

304 Stainless Steel Sheet/ Plate

304L stainless steel plate is better than 304 in pitting corrosion resistance at welding points or other treatment places. 304L is more corrosion resistant, with excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties; Good hot workability such as stamping meandering, no heat treatment hardening scene (no magnetism, application temperature - 196 ° C ~ 800 ° C), and excellent grain boundary corrosion resistance after 304L welding or stress elimination; It can also adhere to excellent corrosion resistance without heat treatment, and the application temperature is - 196 ° c-800 ° C.

Aluminum Round Pipe

Aluminium Pipe can be produced in two types drawn and extruded aluminum pipe.
Extruded aluminum pipe is stocked in both seamless and structural (port-hole die).
Aluminium pipe is used in pressure or structural application.
These Aluminium Pipe are light weight, excellent corrosion resistance, and the ability to transmit heat rapidly are only a few of the benefits of aluminum pipes.
